If your trouble is dismissed , than no need to worry, if you want original police record, you need to go to police station where you were arrested. You can get the certified disposition letter from your city office
they are just doing their job to prevent fraudstars(fake marriage ). Not saying that you re doing something wrong.
If everything is true and genuine, don't worry you will be ok in the end.
BTW, are you both from same race/nationality? huge age difference?
IF IT IS DISMISSED WITHOUT A TRIAL, there is no need to worry. You paid no fines, fees , no probations or etc.
Your case may not be approved at the interview though.

for the asylum interview, YOU NEED TO BRING TRANSLATOR IF YOU ARE NOT FLUENT IN ENGLISH.
for immigration judge hearing if you are referred, GOVERNMENT WILL GET A TRANSLATOR, you can have your own translator if you wish with prior notice.
