how long does it usually take to receive the AP in the mail after it's approved on the website? Mine was approved sept 1?

I just received my AP aproval via email, still waiting for it to actually come in the mail. My guess, based on my case, is October 17.

WOOHOO my EAD was approved and card was ordered! I'm estatic! This is the best news to wake up to. Now I just need my I-131 AP!! Hopefully it's not too far behind the EAD.

I thought I was going to have to wait for 18 months to get my green card? SO the only thing that will be held up by my RFE is my I-485 and I-765? And hopefully they are resuming? Does anyone get a notice onece they send in the requirements for the RFE? or do they just assume?
