My 485 is still pending and I scheduled Biometrics appointment via the 800#. I went to Santa Ana ASC too last week but the INS officer did not allow me do the Biometrics based on the confirmation# alone. They said I must have the Biometris appointment letter which I have not received yet...

I-140 approved I just got email notification from USCIS saying my I-140 has been approved. Online status shows approved too. It seems CSC is still processing I-140. So far no FP notice yet.

No, I did not do any inquiries. I guess they are just some automatic updates.

I got my 140 receipt but I could not find my 140 on USCIS online status either. I could find my 485/765/131 online though.

New RIR case after remanded case Thanks for your answer. My attorney mentioned that in order to keep the old case while filing the new one, the job tile and description need to be changed. Have you gone through that?

May I ask whether you withdrew the remanded case when filing the new RIR case?

I share the same frustration as you: waited 3 years for nothing. My attorney recommended to file a new RIR case which could even go faster than the remanded one. Anyone did the that?

I have requested my attorney to pull my auto-remanded case from state a few times but she always said never heard anyone succeeded in doing that. :mad:

BS. with zero years cases It seems those BS with zero years cases that have been remanded are also screwed up. They at least deserve a chance for retest market.
