i did that last week...just as yemroy said.... fill up ss-5 and got and tell them that you're GC holder now... and i received it back in 6 days

You shouldn't be worried at all. I got the same thing (no decision during the interview... just the hint) and I got CPO the same day when I got home and checked the USCIS website like 6-7 hrs after the interview. Just chillax and let the good times roll ;)

@feel: oh btw...i just opened April 2011 bulletin...and the only cutoff number for Europe (for May) is 27,800.... and she is in 29xxx range.... something doesn't add up... I hate that USCIS is so secretive about whole application process. Why don't they publish clear steps so we don't have to...
