Welcome letter received
I never did go to the infopass appointment but I finally recived my welcome letter today (27 days after my application was approved). I guess I'll receive my card in the mail soon as well.:)
I was hoping I would have heard something by now. My LUD has not been updated since my interview. I'm a little worried. I hope the TB test results got to the right hands. I don't know what's going on...I've made an infopass appointment.
Any advice?
Our interview went very well. In all we were there for 1 hour. Our interview was at 1:30pm. We got there about 1:10. Sat down for about 40 minutes before our name was called. The Officer swore us in verified our information, where we lived etc, also asked all the NO questions.

That's why the Dr. told me never to get the test again or my whole arm could swell up!

I had a reaction. I never had one b4 I was just told never to have the skin test again because my reaction can be very severe.

When I applied I kept everything under my maiden name since I didn't want there to be any problem with name differences. I had no problem with my application or my interview.. my GC was approved on Wednesday. I won;t change my name until later.
The Doctor's office told me that the CDC requirements changed in January to include the TB skin test then USCIS changed their requirements as well. That is why I still needed the skin test even though I had a negative X-ray
