the status is not clear as to whether you received RFE. How do you know you received one. Did you contact your lawyer or your employer and findout whether they recd anything. First check with them.

simple get an educational evaluation. with those certifications it shouldnt be a big deal. After all CA and ICWA are one of the toughest examinations probably in the whole world. You should be okay.

Same here, and Appeal takes around 13 months itseems, and 99% decision remains the same, so guys apply for a new labor. I am doing the same. Is your service center NSC or?

Yes its better to file for transfer of H4 as well. I did the same for my wife. I filed I539 for h4 extension when my visa expired. But it is still pending, and meanwhile we went to canada and got stamped as well. Even my lawyer suggested the same to be upto date. rest is up to you

ya provided them with 1) required documentation for a2p issue. 2) gave them the new experience letters i got from my previous employers in the format asked by my lawyer 3) already gave them the education evaluation by trustforte

Even my lawyer said you cannot show current experience. GC is for a prospective employee. And all the experience should be prior to joining the new company. If your employer who filed GC is the same company where you are working now, I guess you cannot show that experience.

try trustforte they are cheap and are widely used. I am also under similar situation, but instead of RFE they gave me straight denial. you are atleast lucky, chances are that it will be approved upon submission of proper evaluation
