After reading everyone's post I will carry my card with me. I don't live in town that is known for spotting people or having ICE roam around or anything like that. But it is a law to carry it.
The online status changed just like you said for me. I also received three email in total.
1. Card production - Nov 5
2. Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident/we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status - Nov 6
3. Approval notice sent - Nov 10
Hey all
I just received my permanent residence card aka green card. It says that the card is suppose to be carried at all times by law. I am just wondering how many people here actually do carry the card with them? For example if you do not carry the card with you do you keep a copy of it...
I got that email on Nov 5 and got the letter in the mail on Nov 12 and received the actual card today Nov 13 in the mail. So give it a week and you should have everything.

After a RFE on April 2009 and a LONG time of waiting finally got approved for myself, wife and son. Approved on Nov 5, 2009
Hope everyone else gets approved soon. Just never quit having hope.

My question is what would be my PD, would it be 7/31/2003 or...
