    Adding to the above processing at different Service Centers also will matter, for eg: Texas Service Center might have more 485's with PD's 2001 and 2000 when compared to NSC / VSC so there is all chaos in the whole process.

    Logically speaking, Case is with officer meaning they are working with your case. But the information you got on phone may be wrong or just simply they are giving this reason, If this is the responce for your SR then it is valid.

    Try this.. 1-800-375-5283 and the sequence of the other numbers to get to talk to a person is -- 1 2 2 6 ( no need to key in your receipt number ) 2 4 once you talk to them.. you can ask them to open a "Service Request" on your case.
