Request H1 Stamping to Start Again in the US
I support your opinion. I have gone through hell by waiting 6 months for the background check when I went to India to get my H1 stamped after F1. Now I have to get the second H1 stamped and I am afraid that they might stop me again.- amit_saini

Thanks guys. Actually I got the clearance in April 2005. And I think it was backgronund check and not TAL. Its been more than 2 years now so the chances are I might have to go through it again...thats not good. Also my place of birth is Jammu and I think that might have triggered some kind of...- amit_saini
