I130 Application Aproved on 9/5/2002 submited 11/9/1999 , so how more long?
My wife’s brother, a citizen, submitted an I130 on 11/9/1999. My wife does not have any legal status but on 9/5/2002 this application was approved. I have been looking for the processing dates for this category and the USCIS is not showing that category in the web site for the Texas Service...
