    EAD used and H4 expiring, should i extend my H4 ?

    Hi friends My wife has used her EAD for getting a job and her H4 is expiring in Feb -- should i extend her H4 ? If the 485 application is approved later on will she have any problem while stamping because the I94 willhave expired. Thanks sj_s99

    My wife who was on H4 used her EAD to take up job. Our I94 (both H1B and H4)are expiring in Feb, I am filing for extension of my H1, should i apply for extension of her H4 -- will this invalidate her EAD usage? If we do not apply for the extension of H4 does she need to go out of the country...
