All postings here are from folks that worry about listing speeding tickets prior to going in for the interview. What is one supposed to do if he found out after the Oath that he should have listed the tickets but didn't. In my case I didn't lie with the intent to hide a material fact rather I...
There you go again.. Always a few lines to scare people. Be it speeding tickets and now SS benefits.
Did you ever hear of equal rights? This is one of the principles this country has been founded on. A PRL's rights include that of fair wage and right to labor without discrimination. Revoking...
Keep in mind that if you start pulling that stuff on her she could make up a sexual harrasement claim against you. This could turn into a really ugly battle that you would need to defend yourself against costing you a fortune in lawyer fees etc.. Even if she would get her GC revoked it smells...
The only issue I see is that an IO could ask the question about traffic tickets and then you should answer correctly. But once you got your citizenship the INS or goverment will NOT revoke it just as they wont take it away from somone who did not disclose his/her memberships.
IMO, there has...

Wrong. You are supposed to disclose all citations. There is no need to provide documentation for citations under $500.

It's not wrong. Numerous postings, calls to the INS and law firms have confirmed...
I also spoke with an immigration lawyer earlier today in Washington D.C. and followed up on the specific issue of disclosing speeding tickets on the N400 form and the implications of not doing so. He assured me that there was absolutely no way immigration would revoke a citizenship based on...
Thank you for the detailed responses. So hopefully you are correct and I won't get turned back at checkin because of a confused airline employee who doesn't let me board the plane due to the missing visa and at the same token doesn't accept my EU passport because on US soil only my US passport...
I appreciate the responses. I will try the same thing. Can you let me know what the airline agent said after you show her your canadian passport. Thank you.
again thank you for the response. What about that I94 form that they would rip out of the passport at departure? I don't have one in my EU passport. Is that going to cause a problem with the airline?
Thank you for you response. Isn't there a law that says that I have to leave the US with a US passport though?
Also when I show my EU passport, isn't the airline going to ask for the I94 ? Since I live in the US I don't have the I94 so it may lead to more confusion.
Maybe anybody can shed some light on my question. I hold a US passport and EU passport. In January I will be traveling to Brazil for1 week. There is a visa requirement for US citizens but not for EU memberstates. Will I have problems leaving the US if there isn't a visa in my US passport? My...
From what you explained you should speak to a lawyer right away. It doesn't have to be criminal for the INS to deny your application based on moral turpitude. Don't want do sound too harsh but you were in fact stealing money from the government by commiting tax evasion.
I think not having a drivers license and buying a car to drive around with your friends is your smallest problem.
You should hire an immigration attorney like yesterday!!
The government does not care if you speak english without an accent, under their eyes your are an illegal alien thus...

Nice reponse calling me a liar. First of all the DUI was mentioned on my greencard application on the advise of my lawyer at the time who told me not to worry about speeding tickets since they did not constitute a criminal offense.
With regards to the...

Had 11 speeding tickets in 15 years. Travel on the road for a living (traveling salesman) and cover about 45K miles per year. Also had 1 DUI violaton in 1994.
Disclosed DUI on N400 and in interview. Did not mention speeding tickets on N400 as I honestly forgot about them and did not think...
Yesterday I had an accident in parking lot. I hit an unattended vehicle and
