Urgent | No I-94 with I-797 - Pls help me.
Please help me!!!!! I transfered my H1B last year. I do not have my new I-94 with I 797 and I am getting lot of issues when I try to change my driving license from state to state. :mad: Please help me to get my new I-94. Is there any other ways to get my new I-94?- vanand1

Hi All, I am planning to go to India. I transferred my H1B around 8 months back. Still I have my old H1B approval as well as I am in that H1B period. If I go to India, Can I return to USA without going consulate office? Thanks, Vijay- vanand1
