    i dont think.. u can apply for h1-b extension unless you have atleast 1 more year for your h1-b visa to expire. if you have completed all your 6 years, then the 7th year extension is possible only if you DONT have an EAD. If you have a EAD it surpasses any kind of extension as it is extendable...

    reg. iead the officers are very strict about completing 90 calendar days from receipt date in the EAD. i got mine from santa ana office. You will be completing 90 days on march 23rd and you are eligible to get your iead on the 24th.pls carry your original 765 application, 485 application copy...
