so they denied your case outright without issuing a RFE? the first time around.

why were you denied the first time? And what was the RFE about the second time? My RFE is like miles long, asking for pretty much everything under the sun.

Hi, there is a chance of a RFE. I think Equivalent means if you had a BSc with a MSc, or may be a BCom with MCA. Since you have a BS + 5, I am not sure if education and experience can be combined for a MS equivalency unless it is mentioned in the Labor. I could be wrong though. Regards...
