Yes it does matter. The PD\'s for EB[123] should be current at the time of adjudication or else the case will go to the pending queue and will not be approved until the applicant\'s PD is current. Currently PD\'s are current for all the catergories for india/china.

Not if you have a EAD!! If you have applied for EAD and is approved, then try to look for a job in similiar classification as defined in you LC.

They never checked my PP for the expiration date though but blindly stamped it for 1 year. The only problem is what if you don\'t get the card with in six months from the date of stamping? Most probably you should receive one with in 3-4 months but you never know. Best of luck.
