    Last night I checked my AVM - same message "Processing has resumed blah blah blah". I punched in an EAC number one before me i.e. EAC01 ABC !!!! (subtract one from ABC) this case was approved on Jan2nd. Then I punched in a case number one after me this case was approved last...

    Last week when I checked AVM - I heard "Processing blah blah it will take 365 to 540 days". This morning I heard "Processing has resumed on your case" no mention of how long it will take ...????

    do this Marry your wife - start your I-485 through her - you will get a temporary greencard and work permit. Let your first application ride through and see what happens. This is my 2 cents - your best bet is to go to your local INS center and talk to someone over there instead of calling...
