hey guys i am going to have to renew my EAD which will be expiring on april 08 i just found out that they raised the price for the filing fees to $340 instead of $180 am i going to have to pay the $340 in order to renew the I-765 ? or $180 thanks

well i went to appear at the immigration court ...guess what ?? the clerk went to my lawyer and told him that my hearing was cancelled due to a "failure to prosecute" ..the thing is i don`t know what to do

hi guys, today i found out by calling the immigration court in philly that i will have to appear for my master hearing concerning my NSEERS case..since ,i failed to register ...i am really confused and nervous ..i need advice from anyone who knows someone that did it or went through it ...

i know that but i got a lawyer to help me apply for the green card then he filed the EAD with it

don`t worry you will get your card jsut keep bugging them by calling and "infopassing" so what`s happening with nseers ?? my case is still pendaing ,i called ICE they said that no action was taken and that i have to call uscis..i am getting tired of this game !! i have a family to support

i got my card today ...but guess what ?? after a year of waiting ,i got it with the wrong date of birth ...so ,right now i am confused !! i have to send it back back eith a proof that they made a mistake ...can i e-file it ???

are you sure that i wont have problems with my social security number in the long term ?

tell me about it lol i called the social security office :they said they can give a me a number but i will have problems later because my birthdate on the EAD says that i was born on may 5th 2006!! whoever took care of my file is really dumb:mad:

this the first time that i applied for an EAD ...i applied on april 17th 2006 ..and just got the today ..but this is the problem :they made a mistake on my birthdate like i haven`t had enough with their stupidity what do you think i should do now ??can i still go to the social security office...

hi guys , my I-765 just got approved on april 17th 2007..but there were updates made on the 18th and the 19 th of april without change of the status . (status:approval notice sent) ..did it happen to any of you ? thank you

after i got this yesterday on my email ,there was an another update made today but with no LUD change ,is this normal ?
