    Finally got the Intend to deny letter!!!

    gckajadoo, You might have to do skin test as well as X-ray. For most Indians skin test show positive results and then X-ray is done to conclude that you have no TB.

    I too got LUDs 08/12 My I-485 is at NSC, there was LUD on our cases too on 08/12. There was LUD on 08/10 as well.

    LUD on mine and wife's case We also got an LUD on both my and wife's I-485 today 08/10/2007. My case is in NSC. Details : EB3 India PD: Dec 2001 I-140/I-485 : RD July 2005 I-140: AD Aug 2005 LUD's on I-485 : 07/12/2007, 07/13/2007 (i think it was address change that triggered it)...
