just checked my 140 online. USCIS said they sent a letter of RFE recently. I didn't get the letter yet and even worse, I'll go back to my country next week and not be here for 3 weeks. Does anyone know how long the RFE requires? Thanks a lot.

I lost my passport, and of course with visas on it, then got a new one before filing I-140. Fortunately I kept a few copies of my old passport and visas although this passport is invalid now. Can I use the visa number? Should I indicate it when file 485?

I assumed that my I-140 should go to NSC due to my area, so I asked all my recommendations addressed to NSC. Recently I e-filed I-140 and found that all documents shold go to TSC. I just remembered it after I mailed the document. What should I do? Thanks a lot.
