I too received an email today from CRIS indicating that an RFE was issued for my case. Looking at the blogs, it appears like most of the RFE's are regarding ability to pay. Those who received this particular RFE, are they working for a small sized company ?

I agree......this is totally unfair to us who have been waiting for the mercy of backlog elimination centers. We cannot file because DOL's right hand ( BEC ) is taking forever to process our applications, whereas the other hand ( PERM ) has been spitting out approvals pretty fast.

PR holder, what day and year was your case entered into the BEC system ? Can you tell us your first five numbers following P from your case number ? If your case number was P-12345-XXXXX then I am looking for the number 12345.......thanks

how did you contact BEC ? did you contact them using your company's email address or personal email address. I sent them an email to send my screenshot but they never did.

you can check the status by going to http://pds.pbls.doleta.gov/ . You will need your case number though.
