Status of baby born in India to US citizens
Hi, I would like to know what would be the status of a child born in India to US citizen (parents). Would the child be considered an Indian and apply for Indian passport and then visa to come to US or be considered a US citizen and get an US passport. Any help is appreciated. Regards...- njnwk

No online ackment till now from NY
Filled Part A online on 10/15/06 Sent Application on 10/17/06 Recevied by them on 10/18/06 When I check the online status it says "Application with this number not yet Acknowledged" Any one in this situation. Thanks njnwk- njnwk
