same case here same thing has happened with me...filed I290B which says Notice of Appeal to Commissioner and called Customer Service and they said the file has gone to the Department of Justice???? it has been 12 months already since they received the i290B....and still waiting, nothing...

a question thats great! but when u say its been reopened do u mean they have received your MOTIC or that u have received a positive reply from them? can u explain please...coz since the letter saying that they had received the MOTIC, i havent received anything....i'll appreciate your input.
