I have couple of questions. Are they going to finish all EB1 and EB2 before they can start processing EB3 cases? I mean those EB1s or EB2s applied yesterday too?

I am from India and my case is EB3. So as per your research, as my PD is Jan 31st 2002, it will take a month???? I think that's a wishful thinking. I hope you are right. But now I am shattered. All my dreams are gone. NSC left us in no man's land.

Filed e-file for EAD

I have filed e-file for EAD3. But my scheduled FP and photo session with local ASC is on Jan 13th. They have also scheduled my spouse's session after 2 hours. I asked her that can we go together she catagorically said NO!!
Should this take that long to schedule...

Any new updates? I can see bothe Apr and May 2003 approvals in Rupnet. What about Feb approvals or RFE? Now I am due for FP2 too. I do not know when I am going to get my FP2. I will apply for my 3rd EAD tomorrow by e-file. Let's see what is going to happen.

Both the processes are different. FPs are being issued by contractors. But a successful FP report from FBI might trigger the folks at NSC to look at your case. But in any case, what I have seen so far, will not take more than 3 months after FP. But each case is different and with...
