Hi all, my H1b got approved on the 29th of september at NE and i had scheduled for a visa interview on the 20th of this month. The approved H1b papers have not yet reached my lawyer. How many days does it normally take for the papers to reach us? Should i reschedule my interview date?

Hi all, A friend of mine has got his H1B approved. it was filed in the vermnt center on the 10th of May and was transferred to NE on the 1st of Aug. The H1B was approved on 13th sept....Hope our cases will also get approved at the earliest BTW, any idea as to how the cases are taken up...

Hi, My H1 was filed in vermont center on the 1st of may and the receipt notice date was 9th of July. I received a notice yesterday stating that my petition has been transferred to Nebraska center on the 1st of August. How much time will they take for approving my H1b...will the receipt...

Me too Confused I am a bit confused with the dates in the receipt notice... There are two dates - one stating reciept date as 1st may and the other is teh notice date of 9th may...whcih one should we use for the purpose of tracking?
