did your 485 RFE message changed so quickly or was it for someother file? My message change yet. I put the letter on top of the papers instead of the orange paper on top of the file. will that be an issue?

I delivered my RFE on October 26, 2007 thru USPS priority mail. But the website still didnt update my file saying that they received my RFE until today. I am a kind of worried as 30 days to submit the RFE expired on november 3, 2007. did anybody face the same situation? will that be a problem?

is it a good idea to use return receipts or delivery confirmation on certified mails for RFEs? because its PO BOX and there wont be anyone to receive it?

I did finger prints for EAD and 485. not for AP.

I got an email from CRIS regarding my approval of AP. It took them 16 calendar days after receving my response to RFE. In total in took almost 6months for the approval. Approval dates vary from person to person. If they send an RFE then it will be hard to receive your approval in 3 months...

whats the TB skin test. I have taken TB shot and Xrays for TB. is the xray the same as skin test? Is TB skin test something new?

I am almost 180 days after my I-485 was filed and am thinking of changing jobs. Can anyone tell me what are the documents/letters i need to submit on my AC21? Can the salary be lower than the present salary or does it always have to be equal or higher? thanks!

The RFE was for a photocopy of my passport including all arrival and departures, a copy of my I-94, and proof of finger print registration after 9/11.
