Who approves EAD? I was wondering who does approve the EAD? Is it the National Benefits Center or the local District Office (in my case Boston) when I file I-130, I-131, I-485 and I-765 concurrently? Thanks, Juergen

Ead I filed I-130, I-485, I-131 and I-765 on 06/16/06. Do you have any idea how long it will take to get EAD? I was told it takes only 6 weeks... Thanks, Juergen
