EAD and Advance Parole
My wife has a valid H4 till April 2003. Recently she got her EAD approved, but she doesn\'t have a SSN and she hasn\'t started working. Does she need to apply for advance parole for re-entering US? Does her H4 status get cancelled once the EAD is approved? Please share your comments!!!- Harish Dorai
