Here is my question: Received RFE for I485 yesterday (4/11/06). How does this affect my EAD application? Can I still get my iEAD on May 27, 2006? On the I-485 RFE, it notes that I cannot have employment authorization for the next 90 days. Does this means I cannot get my iEAD on May 27...
