Ask your attorney or check your I-485 papers. You should have copy of them with you. If not, ask your attorney to give you copies of all the paper work they have sent to uscis.
Hi there,
this is a separate thread to sort out how many 1-2 years old EB1 cases are still pending with USCIS ? I am one of the unfortunate one whose case is pending with TSC since NOV 2006. Initially, due to name check now god knows why ? Got a response from FBI againt a letter to F. Lady and...
Does anyone have any insight into a ''gold sheet'' vs ''red sheet'' wrt to replying to RFEs ? I got I-485 rfe and was asked to attach the ''gold sheet'' with reply. Does this mean anything ? not sure what a ''red sheet'' would meant either.
Thanks for your input.
Medical RFE
Both me and my spouse have received RFE from Texas on medical for not having TB skin test done. For both of us x-ray was clear though. Our physician by passed skin test and went directly to X-ray and promised me that shouldn't lead to any problem. Probaly that was not a problem...
neopost07 was also asked to go back to the same physician who did his initial I-693. To keep things simple it will be better to go back to the same doctor. I would guess if you go to a new doctor now, you might have to repeat all tests (TB, immunization tec) again and file a fresh I-693.
I don't think so. It is allowed that anyone can apply mutiple categories simultaneously. If both petitions end up with the same adjudicator one of them might get rejected/rfe but it is hard to believe that both of them will be rejected right away just for trying different categories together.
to tipotodo
Hi tipotodo,
congratulations on your approval. As you have got approval recntly I have a question for you, my case is pending at TSC (EB1-EA, over 140days) and I got a medical RFE for not having TB skin test done, my X-ray was normal though. Could you please tell whether you have...
Both myself and spouse got RFE (don't know the details yet). Those who received RFEs and got approved later can only tell us wheteh the rfe was issued after NC clearance. You said your wife got RFE, what about yourself(primary) ?
Hi all,
My I-485 is pending at Texas (details for me and spouse is attached below) since Nov 06. I don't have any idea whether my finger print review or name check status. Me and my spouse both have received (e.mail) RFE on I-485. I don't know what the rfe is about yet. Is this rfe mean that...

Photocopies of letters are fine. But I would suggest you get the letters updated with a more recent dates. I am afraid your previous set of letters may have been customized for ''NIW'' you need to get that edits done too.
When did you get the LUD ? after your infopass ? I had mine today. I enquired about the status of my I-485, the officer told me after looking at the monitor that my case is pending in Texas (as if I didn't know that) and they didn't do anything further and no mention about the fp clearnce or NC...
I haven't seen much of I-485 approvals in EB1 category recently. Not sure whether process centers have stopped working on it or what ? this forum is most likely has the largest audience/active participants. Could all EB1- I-485 folks, pending and those who got approval recently share their...
Yes, tipotodo is right. Attorney (if exist or the beneficiary) will receive first e.mail then paper copy of the notice. My att. fwed me the approval e.mail quickly so I didn't bother to enquire about fax. It is very hard to focus on anything else until one hear a decision on PP process...
They informed my attorney by e.mail. Attorney fwded me the approval mail. I do have an account with CIS for online status check but they didn't send me any mail.
