Hi Rajiv,
Here is the situation-:
EB-3, Bachelors and Masters from US
I-140 pending since Dec' 2006
I-485 pending since Jul' 2007
AP pending Jul' 2007
EAD pending Jul' 2007
Used 4.5 years on H1B...
jnlk,
Mine was sent to NSC on July 20th.....same scenario as yours. I called USCIS today...they wont answer anything as we are supposed to wait atleast 90 days from date of filing before we call them.
Keep fingers crossed....coz as per them we could get aour receipt # anytime now.
Immi12345,
I think in such a critical situation it would be a good idea to cont Mr. Khanna's office and try to make your employer have a word with Mr. Khanna or someone who could suggest some ideas.
Best of luck!!!!
Hi Rajiv,
Here is my question.
I-140 pending since Dec'2006 and filed 485/ead/ap on July 20th. In 4th year of H1 B. What happens if someone gets laid off at this point? What are his options to save his green card. Also how the situation would change if 140 gets approved.
thanks,
RC
