no name check cleared the same day, EB3 PD Jan 2001, RD July 05, LUD 03/11, AD 04/04, no RFE, evrything clear smooth, my case was clear in Sept 05, as I had found out internally somehow, but due to retro had to go in back seat

I received my GC card and left for India the next day.
Had no problems returning back. took a minute to swipe the card, the only question asked was how long we were out of US.
Had no RFE in 140/485 for anyone in my case
