Advise pls! Can I apply for H1B after filing PERM?
I am now on OPT. I heard that I could apply for green card without an H1B. Anyone did this? my question is: after I file PERM, can I still apply for H1B just in case my 140/485 was not approved smoothly? Thanks a million!
