Approval EB-1 Just a note to everyone, my I-140 got approved Jan 30th. I am doing GC in the UK so I expect to have interview in 4-6 months. Good luck to everyone - get on to your Senators - it does make a difference.

EB1 - Paul Still no news on my case. But I have been told by my senator\'s office to contact them if there has been no movement by FEB 20th.

EB1 Status As soon as I hear anything I will let everyone know. At the moment it looks like my application will be having its birthday party at the TSC. However, it does look like things are improving.

EB-1 Feb 2001 ND 02/12/2001. My case got assigned Jan 5th, but the officer is sick! I took the advice of writing to one of my state senators to get help. It has helped to get things moving and feedback is timely.

Senator / Congressman Help Jennifer - It really does help to get them to make an inquiry - my I-140 got approved end of Jan after waiting almost 12 months. Within a few weeks of an inquiry by one of my local senator\'s, it was sorted.
