i just checked the status of my I-485. its says Current Status: Card production ordered. What does that mean? does that mean my GC is approved?

I was able to file my & my spouse I 485 on May 9th 2008. We got our EAD with in 3 months. Now when we will actually get GC? my application is in Nebraska center which shows processing date is 17 August 2007 what is that date? does that date has anything to do with Country?
