    I applied for I140, PD Aug03/EB3/RIR/CA, and one of my friend's company offering me PD JAN'05/EB2/RIR/CA, After I 140 approval,is it possible to switch application and file I485 with EB2(if date will current for EB2) ? I mean use old PD to apply 485 with my friend's company. Thanks. Rajeev

    H1B 8th year extension while BEC pending

    I got 7th years' extension on june'05 my h1-b is vaild till june 06. I want to change my job , my LC is pending with DBEC with more than 2 years. My question is If I'll change job I'll get H1-B for 1 year + remaining months (till june'07). Right????? Thanks. PD Aug'03/CA/RIR/EB3.
