Me too NSC received my i140 application on 12/4/06 and I have not received any thing yet.

ETA website My status in ETA website still shows in process today eventhough I received the hard copy last friday. I guess that the database on the website is not updated in real time basis.

CA Labor Approved My office just receives my labor approval today and the letter is dated 10-18-06 certified by Barbara Shelly. When I checked my status two days ago, it still showed in process. I called my lawer right away, it seems they have not yet received the original copy.

What heppened to EB3? From what I see, majority of those LC got certified in past two weeks are all in EB2 category (either 2002 or 2003). EB3 guys are "In process" status. What happened to EB3? Are they being left behind?

Fyi I am on the same boat and so does my friend. His PD is May '02, 45day letter received in Feb' 05, and both of our cases reached regional.

Priority date question If my LC is approved and I go ahead and submit 140 and 485 forms, will I get a new PD? If so, when USCIS processes my case for the GC, will they look at the new PD or my original LC PD? Please help me resolve my confusion. Thanks
