You can go to ASC where your appt was schedule and talk to them, they usually allow FP if your name is listed on their system. I was told that we have up to 90 days after receiving FP. Thanks Project_A

After contacting 1-800 number, they rescheduled ours and we finally rcvd our FP notice letters. However, my code was set to 2, same as my daughter. Is it common to receive code 2 instead of code 3?. I heard that Code 3 is sent first then code 2???

Anyone had similar experience?. We all three applied together, EAD and APs are approved for all three of us but only one FP notice so far. Project_A

I don't think that was the reason they are not allowing OCI for Minors now. I mean switching from PIO to OCI. During early months when OCI was introduced lot of Minors got OCI even without prior PIO status, now it is confusing if those OCIs are still valid. Contacting Indian consulate is...
