Dear all, I have less than 6 months left on my passport. However, I'm considering taking a trip and will be re-entering with AP. Will I have any problems? Has anyone been able to come back in the US with less than 6 months on their passport? Thanks

Surya, The office I went to which was in Manhattan wasn't very busy, and there was a waiting area. My guess is that it would be up to the discretion of the clerks at the Office that you go. By the way, does anyone else have any updates? EAD/AP/I-140 approvals?
