Can anyone help? I have a friend of mine who is getting ready to file I-485 package, but he's lost his passport and I-94. Is there a form with USCIS to replace the I-94 to prove he legally entered? Should he also replace his passport or is the I-94 enough?

After the card Don't forget to go to SSN office to apply for the "normal" card, the one without the restriction.

A little update Well I just an email update from USCIS that they just got the results of my fingerprints today. I gave my 2nd round of prints last Tuesday. Just so you have a timeframe from giving the prints to FBI to USCIS online. I'm still pulling for ya!
