Hello Gurus, According to the the Murthy's News Letter(dated June 17th 2005) The I-140 receipt notice should reflect INA Section 203(b)(3)(i) for EB3 skilled workers, 203(b)(3)(ii) for professionals and 203(b)(3)(iii) for other workers.
