Not that I am aware of. My I-140/I-485 were filed on 03/07 and I didn't added the reciept number for I-140 to my portfolio until 04/23 and haven't seen any LUD on I-140 at all eversince that time.

Doesn't it only apply to people whose I-140 is not filed yet? I think all people who have already got the receipt notice before June 9 for I-140 are already counted towards the FY2005 quota
