    +1, but with a small correction. It should be ND (notice day) but not RD. In many cases this difference is small (one day or so), but for summer 2007 filers this difference may be as much as 2 months.     Not a big deal for USCIS. Recall how many I-485 they approved during one week (or even during a weekend) just before "VB fiasco" in summer 2007.

    A good estimation. Actually 155,592 = 329,160-117,819-55,729 (Ibid., Figure 10, page 38). Also take into account that this value includes applications for naturalization (N-400), family-based, and also retrogressed I-485 applications. They will not affect on the available visa numbers for EBGC...
