Rfe Usually this happens with fraud companies like ACE TECHNOLOGIES and CYBER TECH.When they see the applications comming from these companies,they send RFE right away.

i-140 eb-2 approvals Guys, It seems like we are also stuck with i-140 like VSC.VSC dates for 1-40 cases are way back in May 2005 for EB-2.It seems like it is going to happen to us also for EB-2 category. :mad:

Guys, Vermount Service center they are still processing May 2005 I-140 cases.I think CSC will also be stuck like VSC. :mad:
