better number to call, please? I just called USCIS 800 number to ask my 485 case status. I talked to the rep. after 10 minutes waiting time. All she said was that my case was received in TSC in 3/29/06 and asked me to allow six months for them to work. She does not have any info. per FP or name...

why me?? Well, as you can see in scanned case status, all but 19 cases out of 125 filed on day 044 were approved till today. Majority of them were approved in the first week of May. All transferred cases were dumped into one bucket and were labled 3/29 ND. but, why me??

I feel your pain!! Buddy, my lawyer sent a letter to TSC on 6/16 and no response at all. The house reps. office is helping me to get info, basically it is not good enough, either. The senator's office is worse. DocPC
