I have used this airport many times and never had problems. I believe there is no good or bad PoE, it all depends on various circumstances (IO's current mood, CoP etc...)

Want, I went three times through Dulless with GC and RP and never got sent to secondary! Just hello and goodbye.

I had entered through Chicago (from Frankfurt) on April 20th and for the first time did not bring my NP with me, just had RP. So the officer asked where is my NP, and I said that I did not bring it on the trip since IOs always stamped into RP (in the previous trips I had showed both NP and RP)...

Flashington: Since I got GC I never use RTD so I have RP. I also have NP and carry both. Also last few times I showed both. I renewed NP but situation in my CoP is changed (Old Former YU).

I just wanted to tell you that I never had problem in dulless (at least 5 trips)... so it all depends on many different factors...

So I have been looking for keywords in http://thomas.loc.gov/ and for 'naturalization' found 28 bills in which I could not find any language that spells-out 4yrs (instead of 5) residency requirement. Anyone else tried?

I have showed both but he took the green RP and since i had several stamps in it (and visas), he just stamped it and didn't look into NP.

My personal OPINION is that this post was BS (just the way it has been written). I know several people that got citizenship and have been asylees.... and I know many more refugees. They all travelled to CoP .... want, please do not claim that people WILL have trouble at the citizenship...

If you happen to be in US when the war starts in your country you get approved for the asylum easily. Same if even you are outside of US but somehow have visa and get here. As for the 'individual persecution', I guess you still should belong to certain group that is persecuted, it may be...

I will not spoke for others, but at least in the case of former YU refugees/asylees there is no problem in traveling back as the wars are over and new government(s) are in place...

Want, How do you know that 4yr citizenship will be part of the bill?

I came onto Dulless (Is this the Wash DC?) from CoP few months ago, and had no problem. Officer just asked how long I have been on the trip.

It is important to understand that this is a field manual for adjutications of travel documents ie when you APPLIED for a certain travel document. It would be nice, though, to see similar manual, when APPLYING for naturalization ie what if you visited CoP as a former asylee etc..
