    FYI: Priority dates in the EB categories could retrogress in FY-2005

    It's good that atleast few people comment appropriately about Murthy bulletin. Retrogression of priority dates is the easy way to reduce backlog.

    Concurrent processing of I-140 and I-485 is good for EB based GC applicants since this option is not available to all GC applicants but as everyone feels CIS should have cleared all the backlogs prior to processing concurrent applications.

    Not true. If your wife uses ead it invalidates her H4 only not your H1B. Your H1B becomes invalid when you use your EAD. You cannot renew H4 for your wife since she is using EAD, her status is adjustemnt of status pending(till I-485 approval),
