Write a letter to explian the mistake and send it with the supporting documents, also call the customer service and advise them with the mistake, they will write a note into the case and give you a confirmation number for this note. if you don't get a letter from them within 30 days, call again...

Are you sure? how come approval and the status still pending? I'm not confident about this one unless I see a message online

Verbal Approval!! Today I called customer service and they transferd me to an officer once they heard that my I-765 is pending since july/04/2006. I stayed on hold for 1 hour and 40 minute!! after that the officer asked for my name and case number, he puts me again on hold for 5 minutes...

national benefit center is processing 2 types of I-765 not only family based, please see the current processing time to find out that there are 2 dates for I-765, one for family based and the other date is for all other types of I-765. you shouldn't worry

you should renew your EAD 6 month in advance, DON'T TAKE CHANCES 2nd the date of the EAD is totaly up to the officer who is aasigned to your case(no rule) 3rd AP - i HAVE NO IDEA

you can't send a fax to expedite your request if your i-765 is pending in the MO service center, simply because there is no fax number listed any where for Missouri service center !!! I wrote to the congressmen and waiting !!!!!!!
