Was the RFE really for something initial? what was it that they want you to send?

You will have to count from dec 17 till jan 15 (28 days) then from feb 8 till today(4 days) your case been pending for only 32 days. your EAD is not pending until they get the info. they stop processing your I-765 untill they receive the I-485 RFE that they mailed to you.

pacousi25 Are you sure you spoke to an immigration officer not a customer service rep? and after the RFE its 60 days not 90 but usually it will take much less time than that. Keep your eye on the LUD's (it sounds like an approval is coming)and let us know. Good Luck :)
