    Dude, you might be or already in hot mess. You need to do both AR-11 and notify local asylum office. Just doing online update won't do the trick.

    It should not but you might get an RFE asking why your mailing address is different than the address they have on file. So I would say the chances are 50-50.

    I don't think he is allowed to bring in a partner. His children can come after approval but not his partner. They need to get married first and go through the application process.
